Highlight, an independent integrated communications group comprising Highlight Agency and Highlight PR, ended 2025 with a cumulative turnover of €9.6 million, up 19% compared to 2024, when the group recorded €8.1 million.

The growth in 2025 comes against the backdrop of a consistent group-wide direction, in which Highlight continued to invest in people, working methods, and the way it implements integrated projects. Over the past year, the focus has been on consolidation and operational efficiency, on processes that support predictable delivery, and on a balanced team with different levels of seniority and complementary skills, so that projects are managed coherently, from strategy to execution. In an economic climate where clients have become increasingly focused on measurable results, this approach has provided the group with a solid foundation for maintaining an upward trend in 2026.

Highlight has carried out over 1,000 projects at group level, both on the local market and at European level. From consumer promo campaigns and in-store activations to retail projects, festivals, events, and integrated communication campaigns, the agency covered a wide range of BTL services, supported by a growing strategy and branding component, built to respond to the increasingly clear demands for adaptation and execution control.

"2025 was a year in which we chose to carefully analyze our capabilities, organize ourselves more efficiently, and calibrate our resources more accurately. We focused on integration and a 360-degree approach so that we could deliver more consistently and predictably. In 2026, with a solid foundation, we aim to grow significantly in terms of both project volume and turnover, including by developing our international client portfolio" said Ionuț Curtean, CEO of Highlight Group.

Consolidation in 2025, a basis for sustainable development in 2026

For Highlight Group, 2025 was a period of consolidation built on a logic of efficiency and integration. At a time when clients were increasingly demanding campaigns that work simultaneously on multiple levels and channels, from strategy and creation to implementation and amplification, the group pursued a more aligned delivery structure and an internal organization that supports the pace of execution.

An important direction for the year was to increase the share of external clients, based on the experience already gained in projects delivered at European level. Highlight Group continued to develop this component and expand its international presence, a goal that remains a priority for 2026.

Highlight Agency: €8.25 million in 2025, an increase of approximately 20%

In 2025, Highlight Agency recorded a turnover of €8.25 million, compared to €6.87 million in 2024, representing an increase of approximately 20% over the previous year.

The result reflects the agency's commitment to integrated projects and implementations built with better control over resources, in a market where efficient execution has become as important as creative ideas. In 2025, Highlight Agency sought to deliver campaigns that connect strategy, activations, and content in a unified framework, so that brands achieve impact and relevance without complicating the implementation process.

"In 2025, we managed to grow at a steady pace, based on an integrated working model and controlled execution, which allows us to deliver consistently, regardless of the complexity of the projects. For 2026, we are not only looking at volume, but also at diversifying our portfolio, both in terms of client profiles and the industries in which they operate. We believe in long-term partnerships based on trust and mutual understanding, in which we can bring real value and tangible results" says Alexandru Petrea, Chief Operating Officer of Highlight Agency.

Highlight PR: €1.32 million in 2025, a 12% increase

Highlight PR ended 2025 with a turnover of €1.32 million, compared to €1.19 million in 2024, thus reporting a 12% increase.

In 2025, Highlight PR focused on confirming its position as a strategic partner for brands, in a context where communication was reflected less in volume and more in accuracy, timing, and relevance. The agency pursued a structured way of working, with clear processes and an approach that connects PR with the rest of the communication components, so that messages are consistent across all channels.

"In 2025, we focused on structure, clarity, and a way of working that keeps pace with the market, and an important part of this process was strengthening the team and shaping a mix of seniority and interconnected skills. We are seeing a growing appetite for well-argued communication, with quick decisions and aligned messages, especially in sensitive moments. In 2026, we aim to grow in integrated projects and be even better prepared for situations that require immediate response, from managing issues with reputational potential to crisis scenarios, where preparation and experience make the difference, not improvisation" said Aela Cotabiță, Managing Director of Highlight PR.

Directions for 2026: integration, efficiency, and international expansion

In 2026, Highlight Group aims to capitalize on the foundation built in 2025, maintaining as a priority the high standard of delivery that has defined the group's projects in recent years. Thus, 2026 promises solid investments for Highlight Group in the integrated communication model and in the expansion of the project portfolio, both locally and internationally. The group's strategic direction remains clear: creativity and efficiency can and must work together, and the experience gained in complex projects provides the right framework for delivering relevant, rigorously implemented solutions, without compromising between idea and execution.
