2024 meant for the Highlight Group a continuation of the constant growth of previous years, supported by efforts to strengthen the team, as well as by diversifying the portfolio of services and clients.

The group’s turnover thus exceeded 8.5 million euros in 2024, a result possible due to the development of a large number of projects, with a high variety, in which the skills of each member of the reunited team were put to good use.

Highlight Agency carried out more than 800 projects in 2024, both on the local market and at the European ones, such as Czech Republic and Italy. From national consumer promo activations, instore shopper or instant win campaigns, creative dramatizations, promotions and branding in stores, to integrated communication campaigns, sales conferences, caravans and festival activations, the projects carried out by Highlight Agency last year covered the entire range of BTL services and were complemented by an important increase in strategy and branding services.

All this led to a turnover of 7 million euros, up 30% compared to the previous year, both as a result of the consolidation of older partnerships and the increase in the volume of activities for new ones.

For its part, Highlight PR, the group's communication agency led by Aela Cotabiță, exceeded the initially set objectives, registering at the end of the year a turnover increase of 60% compared to 2023.

Thus, the year 2024 meant for Highlight PR both consolidation and a redefinition of the range of services, implicitly the growth of new business areas (such as those in the area of ​​photo-video content creation, online communication and coordination of integrated campaigns communication) at the same time as the additional development of PR & media relations services, influencer marketing and PR events – all translated into more than 100 projects carried out with creativity and efficiency.

"Although the financial results are not at all negligible, I am most happy that our group has managed, with sustained efforts, to maintain the high level of quality of services delivered. The conclusion comes from the feedback received throughout the year from absolutely all clients and partners. We were declared professional, dedicated, reliable, constant, fully involved. In an industry where much of the activity is under the sign of the unexpected, of subjectivism and of actions established with time and budget constraints, these qualifications communicated in unison by clients are impressive, without any trace of exaggeration" declared Ionuț Curtean , CEO of the Highlight Group.

In addition to the projects in the commercial sphere, the Highlight Group also supported and sponsored in 2024 a series of events and causes that align with the agency's values, such as: Triada MTB, Sorin Oprea, in the expedition to cover the Annapurna route, Nepal and was alongside the Royal Margareta Foundation of Romania within the "Young Talents" project which supports and promotes talented young artists from low-income families.

2025: The year of maintenance and efficiency for the Highlight Group

The Highlight Group begins the year 2025 with a team of over 45 professionals passionate about communication and BTL, who approach each project with passion, understanding the needs of customers, the desire to solve any possible impediments and to always find the most effective solutions.

At the same time, the ongoing projects as well as those already set in this year's calendar, along with potential ones or being confirmed, make the management of Highlight convinced that 2025 will in turn be a year full of interesting, brave projects and which will once again highlight the skills and professionalism that define each highlighter.

After 8 years of business growth and development, the time has come to enjoy all these results. Therefore, the main objective of both agencies will shift from growth to maintaining and streamlining the current level. In addition to the financial and business objectives, the Highlight group aims to, in 2025, further develop investments in innovations and complementary activities, as well as those dedicated to the development of the skills of the team members of the two agencies.
