Even since the beginning of our collaboration with Offerista (now Shopfully), the goal wasn’t just making a name more known, but shaping for it a new way of showing up in the market.
Our collaboration focused on building long-term visibility and trust in Romania, while helping the brand clearly communicate what it actually does: supporting retailers through smarter, more effective Online Retail Marketing, and connecting digital campaigns with real consumer behavior.
We started by translating complex platform features into stories people could understand, relevant, business-driven narratives that made sense not only to retailers, but also to the wider business ecosystem. At the same time, we ensured the rebranding from Offerista to Shopfully was communicated clearly and consistently, so the transition felt natural, credible, and easy to follow.
Through steady, well-timed media relations and storytelling, we secured coverage across a wide mix of outlets: from business, economic and tech publications to mainstream media and TV appearances. The result was constant visibility and a stronger positioning for Shopfully as a key player in the digital retail space.
Over the first 1.5 years of collaboration, this approach generated over 190 media appearances, helping shape awareness, understanding, and long-term relevance for the brand in the Romanian market.
